This dataset contains the analysis files based on Latent Gold, which supports the paper. Please note that the underlying data are from the MPN 2022 dataset, which is available at https://www.mpndata.nl/ and requires permission for access.

The following information documents all the files available in the folder.
1. Variables mentioned in filtering the 2022 MPN dataset and running the 3-step model in Latent Gold are listed in "LatentGold 3-Step Model Codebook.xlsx".
2. Filtering process of the 2022 MPN dataset to ensure relevant and reliable sample are elaborated in "Data Filtering Workflow – MPN Dataset.pdf".
3. Instructions to define and run the 3-step model on Latent Gold are provided in 'Instructions for Latent Gold 3-Step Model.pdf'.
4. The definition of the first step of this 3-step model on Latent Gold is in file ' LatentGold 3-Step Model Step 1 Definitions.lgf', and the definition of the 3rd step model with covariates is in file 'Latent Gold 3-Step Model Syntax.lgs'. These files can be opened using Latent Gold and can be run without having to define the model from the beginning.
5. The file 'LatentGold 3-Step Model Step 1 Results.html' includes the results of the classification model produced using LatentGold (only with indicators), and the file 'LatentGold 3-Step Model Step 3 Results.html' contains the final model results with the covariates.
