The datasets contains the interview questions asked to different types of respondent of the multiple case study of citizen engagement with OGD. The interviews aimed at collecting qualitative data to identify factors derived from the literature and explore missing factors that influence citizens to engage with OGD. The English version files were used to interview the Hack de Valse Start case respondents while the Indonesian ones were for the Kawal Pemilu case respondents. The interviews are used for the dissertation titled "Citizen Engagement with Open Government Data: A Model for Analyzing Factors Influencing Citizen Engagement"
