When possible the original datasets and the original unprocessed images are shared. In each folder is present a python script able to reproduce each figure present in the manuscript. The data are explained both in the .txt files serving as datasets and in the .py file used to reproduce the immages. The units of measure are included with the raw data.

All the scripts can be executed with pythin = 3.7.15, and Spyder = 5.3
