==================== README CODE/DATA REPOSITORY ===========================

In this repository we present the code and/or necessary data to reproduce the
results of the study: "Turbulent Exchange of CO2 in the Lower Tropical
Troposphere Across Clear-to-Cloudy Conditions".

Additional data on the campaign can, at the moment of writing this README,
be requested via https://www.cloudroots.wur.nl.

A dedicated data paper with all campaign data is currently being developed
and can be accessed at a later stage through this website. Further details
can be found via the BAMS paper on the CloudRoots campaign:
https://journals.ametsoc.org/view/journals/bams/105/7/BAMS-D-23-0333.1.xml

============================== CONTENTS ====================================

The repository includes the following folders with/or files:
1) Code (folder)
2) README.txt (this file)

================================ CODE ======================================

For the code we provide three files:

1) DALES_analysis.py. In this Python script we mainly analyse and visualise
the DALES 1D and 3D data.

2) Figures_OBS_DALES.py. In this Python script we analyse both the observations
and DALES 1D and 3D data.

3) dales-Fixed_Resp.zip. This zip file contains the DALES code, version 4.4,
used for this study. Do note that the modsurface file has been updated to contain
changes to the net assimilation and a fixed respiration.
