The MILSI-Drive: Demonstration video's and datasets
Tomas Lenssen

This package contains the data, video's and matlab files used in support of the article titled: "The MISLI-Drive: a modular, interfaced, sterilizable robotic driver for laparoscopic instruments" to be published in "Frontiers: Smart Endorobots for Endoluminal Procedures: Design, Ethics and Future Trends".

This package contains the demonstration video of the MISLI-Drive titled: The MISLI-Drive_Mute.mp4
This video shows several features of the design in use and is intended to give a global overview of the device's general use and ease of interaction.

A second video titles "HEX_Latch_Test.mp4" shows a practical test of the Hex-keys latching in place after a device assembly. The test was performed 10 times, each of which is shown in the video.

Accompnying data is stored in the file titled "Hex-Latching-Experiment.xlsx" which is an Excel file containing the data of the latches. The first data-set contains the exact video time-stamp that the hex-pairs latched, including the exact time-stamp the motors started running. The second data-set is derived from the first, and contains the time duration in seconds of each latch.

A third file titled "Hex_Latch_Test.m" is a matlab R2018b file used to calculate and generate the statistical analyses as presented in the article mentioned above.

A second data-set is present in the Excel file titles "Assembly_User_experiment.xlsx" which contains the time required in seconds for each (dis-)assembly step per repetition for each subject.

The Matlab file titled "Assembly_User_Experiment.m" is a R2018b file used to calculate and generate the statistical analyses as presented in the article mentioned above.
