This repository contains the model input mesh file and model data output files for the figures in the main body of the paper "Bridging Paleoseismic and Geodetic Observations for the AD 1700 Cascadia Earthquake with an Earthquake Cycle Model", by Weilun Qin, Rob Govers, Natasha L.M. Barlow, and Riccardo E.M. Riva submitted for publication in Geophysical Research Letters.

- [Cascadia_EQC_300_20_80.msh]
3D meshes of the Cascadia subduction earthquake cycle model. It has a model depth of 300 km with the seismogenic zone ends at 20 km and shear zone terminates at 80 km. Recommend to view using Gmsh.

- [vel_surf_tot_3181_GPSsites_xy.dat]
Horizontal velocity output 320 years after the AD 1700 Cascadia earthquake (i.e., step 3181) at GPS sites in McKenzie & Furlong (2021)
File format: Longitude | Latitude | Azimuth (in degrees east of north) | Horizontal velocity (in mm/year)

- [dsp_surf_tot_3039_3049_z_deg.dat]
Coseismic vertical surface deformation for the AD 1700 Cascadia earthquake (i.e., difference between step 3049 and 3039)
File format: Longitude | Latitude | Vertical displacement (in m)

- [dsp_surf_tot_3039_3059_z_deg.dat]
Coseismic + Primary afterslip surface deformation for the AD 1700 Cascadia earthquake (i.e., difference between step 3059 and 3039)
File format: Longitude | Latitude | Vertical displacement (in m)

- [conn_surf.dat]
Connectivity file for the displacement output
