***General Introduction***


This dataset contains the collection of transcripts and policy documents that were analyzed for the article " ".

***Purpose of Analysis***
The purpose of this study was to assess the overall policy coherence of circular built environment policies in Greater London by means of policy documents established by the Greater London Authority.

***Methods***
The analysis was conducted by using the Circular city policy coherence framework by Bucci Ancapi (2023),DOI: 10.5334/bc.337. The analysis consisted of two steps. Firstly, a policy document analysis (N=6), and semi-structure interviews with different stakeholders at the city level to further identify policy objectives and instruments regarding a circular built environment in Greater London(N=6).

***Description of the data in this data set***

The file "PCA London (consolidated= 6 documents).atlproj23" includes 6 policy documents used in the analysis. 11 codes are included in the file.

The transcripts of the 6 semi-structured interviews conducted for the purpose of this study are retained privately as advised by the Human Research Ethics Committee of Delft University of Technology. They can be accessed from the corresponding author upon reasonable request. 

***HREC Letter of Approval***
The data set also contains the Letter of Approval from the Human Resources Ethical Committee from Delft University of Technology, which certifies that the research followed both legal and internal ethical considerations.
