Data & Scripts featured in Fivash et al. 2021, 
‘Can we enhance ecosystem-based coastal defense by connecting oysters to marsh edges Analyzing the limits of oyster reef establishment’ 
in Ecological Engineering.

These files include the raw data (.csv,  .tif, .jpg) and scripts (.r) used to create each figure in the manuscript, organized per figure (Figures 1 - 8, & S1-S2).
Each figure is contained within its own folder (e.g., Figure 1 - Bivalve survey maps). 
This folder contains the final high-resolution figure (.tif), as well as a layered image (.clip) of that figure readable in the program CLIP STUDIO.
Within each figure folder there are also 'R Script' and 'CSV' subfolders that contain the script (.r) which references the data (.csv) that together create each figure.
Figures composed from multiple panels will also have a folder 'Figure components' contianing .tif's of the individual panels.

The original published manuscript (.pdf) is included as well in the main directory.

In order to create the site maps that occur in many figures in this manuscript (Figures 1, 3, 4, & 5) we used: 
	1. NDVI rasters provided by the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure & Water Management (Rijkswaterstaat) (i.e., 'g_Westerschelde_2004_NDVI_Ritthem.tif'), and 
	2. Elevation rasters provided by AHN (Actueel Hoogtebestand Nederland) (i.e., 'm5_67fn1.tif')
	The elevation rasters were converted to tidal inundation using conversion keys 'elevation_cm.csv' & 'inundationDuration_perc.csv' to create the contour lines that appear in these maps
	These files and many others are publically available via the RWS geodata portal: https://www.rijkswaterstaat.nl/apps/geoservices/geodata/dmc/

Note that certain data sets such as the RDVI rasters maps and .csv's such as 'Bivalve survey all marshes with AHN inundation.csv' are used to create multiple figures. 
These files have been duplicated each time they appear in the analysis of another figure (see complete list of contents below).
