********Description:********
Different alternating flow direction intervals were applied to bio-electrochemical cells. Local pH and hydrogen measurements were performed with microsensors.
With the optimum alternating flow regime, two biotic reactors were operated for the conversion of CO2

********This dataset contains the following files:********
"Data paper 5.xlsx" - all tabs contain data from different figures in the manuscript, indicated in the tabname with "figX...", X being the figure number. Reactor checkup data from biotic reactors is added in tabs "Checkup R VFA" and "Checkup R CH4", raw gas chromatography data from the biotic reactors is added in "Raw data gas R VFA" and "Raw data gas R CH4"
for flowdirection, "Normal" corresponds with "flow away from the membrane" from the manuscript and "reversed" corresponds with "flow towards the membrane", for the bypass expeirments, "reversed" indicates "bypass open" and "normal" indicates "bypass closed"
The VFA producing reactor is indicated as "R VFA" and the methane producing reactor is indicated as "R CH4"
In most tabs, the first row is used to indicate which reactor was measured or on which day: "dXX" being day XX, the corresponding data starts in the cell right below the indication to the right until a new name is added in the first row
