This dataset contains data collected during simulations and assessments as part of Sivaramakrishnan Chandrasekaran's PhD project. The data was collected from 2021-2024.
Aspen Plus Simulations for different crude olive pomace processing capacities (150DTPD, 588DTPD, 1294DTPD)
All data processing and analysis steps are described in detail in the Methods section of the publication.
The data is grouped into two zip files:
i) Aspen Plus Simulations
Files are named after the crude olive pomace processing capacities.
ii) Excel sheets for mass balances, energy balances, and techno-economics
