This repository provides MATLAB code for a live demonstration system that captures video from a camera and feeds it to the OpenAI GPT-4o API for real-time scene analysis. The system overlays GPT-4o's textual descriptions (including an analysis of emotion, atmosphere, and key elements) directly onto the video stream and integrates YOLOv8 for object detection. Designed for engaging public demonstrations at events, the code includes various operator controls and serves as an easily deployable tool to illustrate the practical applications of generative AI.
