This dataset contains data collected during the field experiment at Flood Proof Holland (May-July 2022) as part of the PhD research by M. van den Berg. During the experiment, several model dikes with and without a foreshore were breached. During the breach process, video cameras captured the development, presssure sensors measured water levels and 3D scans were made before and after a test to obtain breach shape and eroded volumes. This dataset contains the post-processed data and raw camera footage.
This dataset mainly serves to complement the publication. Nonetheless, the data is suitable for own analysis and interpretation if interested. The data contained in this dataset is post-processed, ready for own analysis. For raw data, contact the corresponding author of the publication.
