Dataset
Unprocessed images (in .tif format) obtained using a Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope, operating on High-Angle Annular Dark-Field mode (HAADF). Filamentous proteins from the cytoskeleton (actin, microtubules) and the extracellular matrix (collagen) were imaged together with tobacco mosaic virus to quantify their mass per unit length and investigate their assembly.
