Dataset
This dataset contains data collected during experiments at Delft University of Technology, as a chapter of the dissertation written by Ewald Jongkind. The aim of this work was to introduce the state of the art on chiral amine synthesis, with emphasis on enzymes from the oxidoreductase class. This was done by collecting reported IRED, RedAm and EneIRED sequences and comparing the active site residues. Dataset consists of a comparison of different reported IREDs, RedAms, and EneIREDs by sequence alignment and a phylogenetic tree, visualized in Excel and PowerPoint. More information can be found in the README-file.
