Dataset

In the database article associated with this dataset, we describe a database for prokaryotic histones, called ProHistoneDB.

Files deposited in this dataset contain the AlphaFold 3 predictions, the scripts used to generated the figures of the database article, and supplemental scripts used to generated the phylogenetic trees, HMM profiles, the PhyD3 secondary structure annotation, and contaminant identification.

The database can be accessed at prohistonedb.org.
