Dataset

This is the research data related to the manuscript titled: Extracellular Polymeric Substances of Aerobic Granular Sludge. The objective of the research was to address key questions related to the knowledge gaps in the extracellular polymeric substances of aerobic granular sludge through studies on the EPS components and the influence of seawater on the EPS and the microbial community . This was performed by analysis of full-scale granular sludge (Chapter 1) and lab-scale granular sludge (Chapter 2- 6). The datasets are divided into 4 groups: 1) Fluorescent signals obtained for the anaylsis of polysaccharides, proteins, sGAGs, NulOs. 2) Lectin Microarray. 3) Scripts to generate the data. 4) Metaproteomics.
