GNSS Perl toolbox with RINEX editing, filtering, statistics, time and file conversions, and a few other utilities. It contains Perl script and modules for

• RINEX file editing, filtering and conversion (rnxedit, rnxstats, ...)
• GNSS date, time, file management and template processing (scanrnx32, gpstime, gpsdircmp, ...)

Also a few scripts for parsing raw receiver data are included.
